The Collaborative celebrates the Sacrament of Baptism at 1:30pm once a month at St. Edward and St. Jude parishes.

Baptism is the first of the three sacraments of Christian initiation which make us full members of the Church, the Body of Christ in the world. It is the gate to the other sacraments.
Once given, it is not given again, because it seals us with a permanent spiritual character:
we belong to Jesus Christ our Savior and become like him - children of God, able to enter heaven.
Baptism frees us from sin and gives us new life in the Holy Spirit.
